Sport Metaphors
A metaphor is a figure of speech that compares two
different things without using a word of comparison such as like or as.
Write a noun that relates to a sport.
For example; hockey stick, baseball. Now think of something
to compare it to. Write your metaphor.
Example: The hockey stick was a branch swishing at the puck. Hockey stick
and branch are compared to each other.
