Toilet Paper Tube Advent Wreath

Materials Needed:

 

 Paper Plate or circular plastic lid or cardboard lid from

an oatmeal box, 

toilet paper tubes, 
purple and white construction paper,
yellow, red, orange tissue paper, glue, 
artificial greenery and pine cones (optional)

 

Directions: 

  1. Cover the toilet paper tubes with the purple construction for the 4 Sundays in Advent and cover one in white for Christmas Day.
  2.  Glue the bottom of the tubes and place on the paper plate or lid evenly spaced apart.
  3. Put white tube in the middle. Add tissue paper inside each tube to create a flame effect coming out of the tube with the different colored tissue paper.
  4. Add greenery around the plate and pinecones. 

This is a nice safe Advent Wreath for children.
