Border Paper: Mother's Day (Primary, Elementary)	[member-created with abctools] Fill in the flower-themed border paper (with "Mom" in the upper-left corner) with "top ten reasons why I love my mom".
Border Paper: My Mom (elementary)	Lined paper with smiley faces in the surrounding border and the writing prompts, "My mom is...! and "My mom is special because...".
Coloring Page: Christmas Ornament	[member-created with abctools] A big Christmas ornament with prompts for kids to draw various Christmas-related pictures. These would make a cute Christmas tree bulletin board, or cut out and use as a shapebook.
Draw and Write: Turkey	Draw a picture of a turkey in the box and describe it on the lines below.
Notes: A note to my mom!	Write a note to mom with this cute form.
Poem Form: Valentine Balloon	Write a poem in the heart-shaped balloon.
Shapebook: Christmas - Gingerbread Man (primary)	[member-created document] Trace and cut out. This Gingerbread Man-shaped shapebook has prompts for students to answer about a variety of seasonal and general topics. Nineteen pages.
Shapebook: Christmas Blessings	[member-created with abctools] Angel shapebook activity with writing prompts.
Shapebook: Cornucopia (elementary)	Unlined cornucopia-shaped page with the writing prompt "I am thankful because...". Cut out for a shapebook or hang on the wall.
Shapebook: Ornament (primary)	Cut out the shapes. There are three pages. The first page is a suggested cover page. Make copies of as many lined and/or unlined pages as you like in order to make a book. Use the lined pages for writing and the unlined pages for drawing/pasting pictures. Staple all the pages together for a great shapebook in the shape of an ornament.
