Students can write about themselves by creating an ABC book. They begin each page with a letter of the alphabet, writing something about who they are and what they like to do.
This is a creative way for students to share somethings about themselves. Have students write their first name in the starburst. Then, decorate it anyway they wish. Then at the end of each arrow, instruct them to draw something they like to do or something that describes their personality. Each drawing should be labeled. Share with the class or use as display.
This "All About Me" page can be filled in with drawings, words, or magazine clippings. It's a fun way for students to tell others about themselves. A nice first day activity.
