Sudoku Instructions Return to Sudoku Form

This form can be used to create printable sudoku. Sudoku puzzles may be printed in a traditional number format, or may be printed with images or shapes. Puzzles may be created in a variety of fonts, font sizes, and colors. A page with the missing puzzle squares, or 'answer tiles', can be added. These answer tiles can be cut out and pasted to the puzzle as an alternate way to complete the puzzle. Puzzles can be created with two different styles of hints, and hints may be fully, partially, or not included in the puzzle. Pages may be printed in either a portrait or landscape orientation.

Note that only a few different sudoku puzzles are available here. An abcteach membership allows you to create any number of custom puzzles that can be saved and edited online.

To preview or print a sudoku:

  1. Pick a puzzle.
  2. Pick a theme and hinting amount.
  3. Click on the "Preview/Print Sudoku" button.

To preview or print your sudoku, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
