Word Unscramble Instructions Return to Word Unscramble Form

This form can be used to create printable word unscrambles. Scrambled words can be printed in a variety of fonts and font sizes, and the words can be scrambled at two different difficulty levels.

Note that only a few word unscrambles are available here. An abcteach membership allows you to create any number of word unscrambles with your own lists of words. Member-created unscrambles are saved online and can be edited, reprinted, and shared with other members at any time. Learn more about abcteach membership.

To create or change a word unscramble:

  1. Choose a word list for your word unscramble.
  2. Type in any instructions you would like to appear on your worksheet.
  3. Choose a font family and a font size.
  4. Choose a font.
  5. Choose a color for the list.
  6. Choose the difficulty of the scrambled words.
  7. Choose the page orientation of your word unscramble.
  8. Choose the character case of your word unscramble.
  9. Click on the "Print/Preview your Word Unscramble" button.

Your word unscramble will be displayed in a new window. To preview and print your word unscramble, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
