What if I received an error or failure message when processing my abcteach membership payment?


There are a few things that can cause an error or failure message when making your abcteach membership payment.

Please do not try and initiate another payment until you have checked with technical support and we check out everything on this end.  We will double check and let you know if the payment was processed or not. During the payment process, do not click the Back Button on your Browser. Doing this can cause multiple payments. If you are unsure of anything during the payment process, email support at the address below.

It is a good idea to leave a phone number when sending in your question in the event you have an email filter that may block our email response to your question.
