Managing images on a Mac is very simple. Open both the Clip Art image file you wish
to use and your Word document. Be sure that you can see both files on your monitor.
Drag and drop the Clip Art image onto the Word document (place your cursor over the
image, click and hold down the mouse button, then drag the image to the Word
document and release the mouse). The image should appear shortly.
Alternatively, drag and drop the image file into a file folder. Use the
"Insert/Picture/From file ..." on the Word menu bar and browse to the location of
the image to "insert" the Clip Art image into the Word Document.
Either of these methods should place the image in your Word document.
