  • Updated: This is an in-depth getting-to-know-you survey you can have students complete at the start of the school year.

  • "All About Me" This free twelve-page unit helps students express their interests and goals.
  • [created with abctools] Favorites, nickname, etc. After each student fills in this information page, paste the pages on colored construction paper and hang them up on the wall so that pupils can get to know each other better. Great Back To School activity.
  • "Write your name in the center of the flower. Draw or paste a picture of yourself. In each petal, write things you would like to share about yourself." A great back to school bulletin board idea.
  • [member-created with abctools] "I like to wear __ clothes. My ears are __ and __." Complete the sentences with adjectives.

  • Space for name, address, phone number, etc. This colorful form is great for your All about Me or Back to School Themes.
  • "All About Me" This fun 15 question game ("Find someone who has been to the zoo this year" etc) is a great getting-to-know-you game-- even for people who think they know each other!

  • "All About Me" Younger students will enjoy writing about themselves with this castle patterned writing paper. Primary dotted lines are included.
  • This is a fun activity to help your students get to know each other. Great for the beginning of the school year.
  • Students enter information about themselves, and then try to guess "who's who?" based on some of the clues.
  • A fun "all about me" activity for students to introduce themselves, then come together as a class to create a puzzle.

  • 13 pages for students to fill in simple prompts and draw or attach pictures as illustrations for their favorite color, animal, sport, etc.
