Why am I not receiving a reply to my email from technical support?

We have probably tried!

We answer every e-mail sent to us within 24 hours -- usually within 6 hours. People often have problems with their e-mail accounts mail and don't know it.

*If you are currently using an Internet e-mail service (hotmail, yahoo, msn, etc.), make sure that you are not 'over quota' for your mail storage. When using these services,  failure to completely delete old mail can result in additional mail being blocked.

*You may have a mail filter that is blocking abcteach emails from getting to you.  Please check your Spam Folder, if you have one, to see if our email to you is there.  Email filters may require you to add as a 'trusted', or "allowable sender" in order for our emails to get through to you.  Business email addresses can be blocked by incoming mail filters, especially at school so it is important to ask your school tech person if you have to do something special to 'allow' mail from abcteach.

*Check the e-mail address you used to contact us.  Sometimes people will make a typo in their e-mail address, causing our responses to you to bounce back to us.

Contact technical support and include your phone number if you have not received your response within 24 hours.
