Classroom Picture Graphs: Birthdays Students write their names and birthdays on cupcake patterns, and use them for a classroom picture graph.
Classroom Picture Graphs: Eye Color Patterns for eye color picture graph. Each student colors their own to add to the classroom bar graph.

Rules and Practice: Tally Marks (primary.elem) Introduction to the concept, with several pages for practice. These are in color so you can make a transparency, but they will look fine in black and white for the students.
Tally and Graph: 100 Jellybeans (primary/elem) Celebrate 100th Day with 100 jellybeans... or any colored candy. Use the tally sheet and graph form to determine how many jellybeans you have of each color.
